The purchases made on our website are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Nevertheless, in the extremely unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with our product or service, you might be able to request a return or refund at the IgnouSolution’s discretion. Mode & Time of Refund

  1. If your cancellation or refund request complies with the aforementioned conditions, the money will be returned after an administrative fee of 2% of the order value, whichever is lower, has been deducted.
  2. A refund sum will be delivered to you from your registered email address with us to any of the accounts you have specified. Within seven business days, we will repay you.
